Manager to a great number of teams over the years and love the challenges of managing people. Its so pleasing to look back over the years and see so many people who I have managed progress in our business and externally and feel ive played a big part in the by managing them effectively.My passion is for large scale events and surge events ( RSA Platinum winner 2013 ). I love having to respond to these and the challenges this brings but the feeling that you have really helped somebody when they needed you the most.
