As national leader of Manatt\'s national Financial Services practice, I counsel both financial institutions, and the underwriters and placement agents which service them, on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, branch purchases and sales and whole bank transactions, along with day to day corporate governance issues and periodic reporting. In addition, I regularly represent venture capital funds in portfolio investments, capital raises and strategic transactions involving their portfolio companies.
