   Directing all aspects of security within the corporate headquarters and domestic/international facilities, swiftly rectifying any security-related threats and risks, as well as working closely with International SOS & Healix International to keep domestic/international travelers safe. Identifying, developing, implementing, and maintaining corporate security protocols, best practices, manuals and procedures to limit exposure and liability in all areas of risk, proportional to the threat environment. Contributing to implementing the CTPAT for the Tijuana, Mexico, and corporate headquarters, while building PowerPoint presentations for new hires along with current employees on topics ranging from Active Shooter to the Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism. Establishing control of 1,400 physical door keys and implementing a key control system, policy, and registry, while also building a Milestone Smart Wall video management system for the security control center. Proficiently programming the various systems, including the Paxton card access system, and planning and executing the global replacement of the card access system with S2, as well as supervising in-house security personnel and overseeing the 16 contract security teams. Handling a variety of security issues for 30+ global facilities daily, including conducting criminal or administrative investigations, while managing budget requisitions and purchase orders for guard service billing, CCTV cameras, card access systems and security components. Researching and implementing the Genetec License Plate System for corporate headquarters, managing over 4K individual license plates, as well as overseeing the implementation of camera and card access systems at many global locations.
