ABOUT CRAIG MCNAUGHTON
My journey with Crosby Management Training has been an exciting one that has seen the creation and development of the Learning Support department. With the support of CEO Paul Cadman, Performance Director Emma Horne, and a fantastic team, this department now offers a number of apprenticeships and qualifications to boost careers in the Education and Training Sector (ETS). The Learning Support department takes care of some of the supporting functions for all apprentices at Crosby Management Training, such as Functional Skills, wellbeing and safeguarding. But, as a team, we recognised that. with the skills in the team and across the business, we could offer so many more products to help our clients. We run the L3 Teaching Assistant and L5 Learning and Skills Teacher apprenticeships for people looking at building a career in teaching. In addition, there is a full suite of stand-alone qualifications that we can offer those of you who are passionate about teaching. These include the Award (L3), Certificate (L4) and Diploma (L5) in Education and Training alongside L1 and L2 in safeguarding. We also deliver the L3 Assessing Competence in the Work Environment qualification. If your role is to support others with their development in your organisation then we also have opportunities for you to hone your craft with the L3 Learning Mentor and L4 Assessor Coach apprenticeships, and this is just within the Learning Support team. Across CMT we have so many fantastic products that are run by industry specialists in HR, L&D, aviation and butchery. With such a diverse offering from a highly skilled team, there\'s bound to be a way that CMT can help your organisation. That is why I am proud to be a part of the CMT team.
