Craig practices in the areas of commercial lending, debt recovery and restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency, security enforcement, tax disputes and general commercial litigation. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta as well as the Federal Court and Tax Court of Canada. Previously, Craig was counsel to the Canada Revenue Agency with an emphasis on tax collection and Crown priorities.
