As a core member of the Executive Leadership Team, I report directly to the CEO and play a central role in shaping and delivering organisational strategy across People, Operations, Safeguarding and Business functions. My mandate has been to reposition HR from a transactional, paper-based service into a strategic business partner, enabling the organisation to scale, modernise and embed a high-performance, values-driven work has involved influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities, ensuring workforce intelligence is embedded in board-level decision-making. I strengthened governance and board confidence by implementing robust reporting frameworks and performance management systems, enhancing visibility of people metrics and organisational risk. Through strategic workforce planning and leadership development, I hired 79 employees over four years and reduced turnover from 37% to 16%, whilst delivering hundreds of thousands in cost savings annually through in-house recruitment strategies.I have also led major cultural change initiatives, driving global EDI strategies and implementing hybrid working models, which significantly increased engagement scores from 25–27% to 75% and achieved Great Place to Work accreditation.Operationally, I directed a major digital transformation, integrating finance, HR and CRM systems through Microsoft Business Central and deploying GDPR-compliant, AI-enabled platforms that improved data visibility and efficiency. I represented Reall at Microsoft’s AI Launch in Seattle, contributing to the development of third-sector AI strategy. Strategically, I partnered with the CEO to design and deliver annual operating plans and implement performance frameworks. I also led complex restructures and redundancy programmes following funding reductions, ensuring legal compliance and transparent communication, with cultural stability throughout.
