ABOUT CRAIG MCCLURE
I am a UK tax professional currently working within the in-house UK tax team at Cencora (previously known as Amerisource Bergen). My role involves tax planning, international cash repatriation, restructuring and M&A projects for the non-US entities within the group. I am also involved in preparing for the implementation of BEPS Pillar 2. To date this has involved undertaking a detailed review of the model rules and domestic legislation as this is enacted across jurisdictions, consideration of transitional safe harbours, data point and gap analysis, forecasting of potential Pillar 2 taxes across the group and undertaking associated Pillar 2 planning.My previous experience includes working in professional services firms providing M&A, structuring and other transactional and general advisory tax advice to a range of clients in a variety of sectors. Additionally, I have experience in Corporate Tax compliance, helping and advising clients through the yearly Corporate Tax compliance cycle.In 2021 I was admitted to membership as a Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, after completing my training with first time exam passes.
