   Director of Engineering, West RegionResponsible for all Engineering deliverables and the profit and loss of the Measurement and Verification (M&V) Service business for PI West. The Engineering teams design highly customized building energy efficiency improvement projects for government and commercial clients ($180M in construction projects in FY19). Examples include custom Solar and microgrid installations, building HVAC and lighting systems, and new construction effort. The M&V teams provide field measurements and energy management services for our clients after construction is complete ($6.6M per year in Revenue). • Work directly with the Area VP and Sales Leaders to develop business plans and process improvements that deliver Year over Year growth for the business• Support business development and sales activities by meeting with Customers, responding to RFP’s, providing technical presentations for non-technical buyers and senior leaders and helping to deliver our overall value proposition to our customers.• Responsible for staffing and allocation of resources (4 managers 50 total engineers and technicians), contract writing, and building energy audits. • Develop scopes of work for new equipment, negotiate pricing with vendors and sub-contractors, review contractor equipment submittals and calculate energy and operational savings as required.• Manage the profitability of the M&V business by tracking report quality and deliveries, invoices, cash collections, team utilization and sub contracts. • Relevant Projects: Tulsa County Community College, City of Olathe, KS, University of Central Oklahoma, Kansas State University, California Science Center, University of Hawaii Community College
