At TrueContext, I’ve focused on crafting mobile experiences that empower field users while designing for the entire network of people who support them. Our platform, built on Low-Code Application Platform (LCAP) principles, enables enterprises to create the applications they need today while anticipating the demands of tomorrow. While I once viewed LCAP as the future of computing, I now see AI as an equally transformative force. We’re only beginning to scratch the surface of what’s possible, and every step forward reveals new opportunities to shape our product’s performance, accelerate delivery, and create richer, more meaningful experiences for our customers.

ABOUT CRAIG MACMASTER

As a UX designer, I thrive at the intersection of Product, R&D, Development, the business, and the customer — working as the conduit that aligns diverse needs into a cohesive product vision. I believe our role isn’t just about creating usable, intuitive, and delightful products; it’s also about solving problems across the entire ecosystem that surrounds them. That means designing solutions that work for everyone involved, from internal stakeholders to end users, and managing the expectations, needs, and ambitions of each.I’m particularly passionate about Low-Code Application Platforms (LCAP), where we face the unique challenge of building a product that enables customers to create their own products. This means designing for a broad range of personas and use cases — many of which we can’t predict. Every feature must be flexible, adaptable, and capable of serving multiple needs at once. While customer and user interviews are vital, we can’t speak to every user. With nearly three decades in UX, I’ve developed a deep, experience-driven ability to anticipate user behavior and understand customer needs — even those not explicitly stated. This comes from years of practicing focused empathy, observing patterns, and translating complex, often unspoken challenges into solutions that are not only functional but, whenever possible, genuinely delightful. For me, great UX means creating products where people feel that every click, tap, or action returns more than they put in — an experience that’s not just functional, but truly rewarding.
