With Production Loss Elimination,(PLE) now raised to a priority and imbedded within the business and indeed with all asset management, my focus and drive is now to be applied to the maintenance area of the Talisman Sinopec business. Across all assets, initially the focus will be to benchmark the current state condition, to measure the efficiency and the effectiveness of the maintenance organisation, identify areas opportunity on and offshore. From work identification, prioritisation, preparation, scheduling, execution and close out history reporting. Develop the journey map to reduce waste and assist with Operation Excellence and to deliver the Talisman Sinopec vision to be the safest and most efficient operator in the north sea and to deliver on that journey of waste reduction and increased quality and efficiency.
