Director of Finance, NAM oversight of competitive strategies surrounding regional accounting and assurance, business planning, working capital and pricing for the North America region, which includes the U.S, Canada, and Mexico. As a member of the Americas regional leadership team, I serve as a business partner and advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer of the Americas region, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and the Americas leadership team members. In this context, he/she will play a key role in the development of our long-range strategies and short-term goals through sound business insight, innovative and big picture thinking and synthesized financial information. Collaborating individually and collectively with the CFO, global and regional finance teams and across other departments, is also be accountable for the integrity and governance of the regional fiscal data and ensures succinct and timely reporting to facilitate operational decision making. The Director of Finance, NAM will directly lead a regional team of accounting professionals. In partnership with Human Resources, the CFO and the Chief Commercial Officer Americas, the Director of Finance, NAM will provide inputs to talent selection and development.Serve as a business partner and trusted advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, Americas and regional functional leadership in order to drive business results as well as long term strategic plans. Direct oversight and responsibility for managing all working capital performance metrics.Direct oversight of annual costing, new product costing, structures, and controls across the Americas region.Partner with VP, FP & A and regional leadership on regional strategic planning, annual budgeting, and quarterly rolling forecast cycle.Provide leadership and governance for timely and accurate financial reports and analysis to support better business decision making and overall regional strategies.
