ABOUT CRAIG LOUGH
A Resource Management and PMO specialist with over 20 years experience of working in a variety of complex businesses within different sectors and geographies. Organisations include: British Standards Institution, Amex GBT, Barclays, Accenture and various IT infrastructure and support consultancies.My background is in resource management and demand and capacity planning, strategic workforce planning and strategic business planning. I have set up and run successful global PMO\'s in different organisations; created and implemented governance frameworks from and implemented software and tools supporting governance, PMO and project management processes.In line with my resourcing experience and I have set up and managed external supplier relationships and RPO agreements - often negotiating contracts and terms.My passion is process improvement. I love to come up with simple solutions to complex problems - streamlining processes and saving time and money.Given the nature of my work, I have worked within and closely with many different functions - HR, Finance, IT, Recruitment, Programme & Project Delivery, Operations.
