As Chair, I lead the UK Chapter of the \'Military at Microsoft Employee Resource Group(ERG)\'. We are a global ERG comprised of current and former military members, military spouses, family and allies worldwide. We are committed to advocating for military inclusion, growing and developing leaders in the community, and promoting military core values by sharing our “esprit de corps” with the Microsoft community. We strive to ensure diverse perspectives are included in strategy, product development, business operations, and marketing. The ERG community will lean-in to support efforts focused on recruitment, representation, outreach, career development and retention in the military, veteran, reservist and spouse community.
