Commercial and business development leader with over 20 years’ experience driving strategic growth across construction, property, infrastructure, housing and public sector environments. Proven track record of building high-value partnerships, leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering complex programmes that align commercial success with long-term operational goals.I specialise in developing and executing growth strategies that turn market insight into measurable outcomes — including multi-million-pound frameworks, strategic accounts and long-term sector partnerships. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with local authorities, housing providers, investors, contractors and senior leadership teams to shape business direction, improve performance and unlock new revenue streams.Currently working as Strategic Account Director at Checkmate Fire, I lead strategic sales, account management and commercial planning across multiple divisions, with responsibility for key client relationships, marketing strategy and pipeline development.
