With extensive experience spanning over two decades in the construction industry, I both head up the Technical Department at Guildmore Ltd, and form an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, focused on strategic decisions and direction.I lead my team in technical matters, demanding excellence, driving collaboration and coordination between designers, stakeholders and the Client. Fostering and maintaining relationships throughout the supply chain I focus on strategic planning, project management and ensuring technical and regulatory compliance to ensure seamless project delivery. I am committed to driving technical excellence, providing innovative solutions to challenges, and aligning my contributions with Guildmore’s Strategic Goals to deliver high-quality construction projects efficiently and effectively. I promote collaboration and bring a forward-thinking approach to managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously, promoting a culture of precision and accountability. At Guildmore I oversee a portfolio of 14 live projects and have been involved in multiple tenders, selecting those that align with our 5 year plan, and pleased to say we have been successful at a higher than typical rate, primarily due to the quality of the SLT and our strategic approach, culminating in landing a place on the key strategic DofE Framework in Dec 25.My role involves managing direct and indirect teams, prioritizing critical tasks, and fostering a proactive approach to problem-solving. I leverage my expertise in construction, leadership, and project management to navigate complex challenges and deliver results that exceed expectations. My strong organizational and communication skills have been instrumental in maintaining clear direction and achieving sustained success.
