I ensure a safe working environment by promoting safety and compliance with all safety rules and procedures. I also Lead incident investigations using a 5 why root cause analysis of the incident. I conduct Power Point presentations and continuous education on Safety Programs. Develop plans for the professional success of 35-70 team members. This is accomplished through creating a basis for continuous improvement and employee empowerment by; conducting regular team and individual meetings to discover new ideas and concerns that need addressed. I have supervised/coached in every department in the building; Receiving, shipping, appliances, and order fill. I also have conducted Power Points to educate the team on engineering processes, and best methods; explaining how their performance is calculated through explaining Key Value Indicators and elements of the job. I continuously conduct interviews to help with the hiring and onboarding process as well as disciplinary actions when needed.In 2016, I took on the task of training and development coach on weekend shift. In this position, I created a new process for our new hires that was structured and defined. This process helped promote our safety P.R.I.D.E values. I also created and Tailored strategic plans for mentoring future coach/supervisor candidates as well as identifying new talent. Helped drive a 30-point increase in our shifts employee engagement survey.
