In Australia BPO services are provided by Unisys Mortgage Processing employing more than 220 people and serving more than customers across a portfolio of $35bn in assets.The key accountabilities of this role include:Overall accountability for the end to end value proposition of the BPO Services BusinessAccountable for delivery of the strategic plan including operational structure, investment profile and transformation agendaAccountable for end to end operational performance and target setting Develop and maintain key strategic client relationships influencing Product, Policy, Information Technology Marketing and front office teams to improve the overall service proposition and customer experienceAccountable for planning, coordinating and evaluating the activities of the Operations team to achieve P&L targets
