I am a Partner/MBA who advises local and national construction contractors, developers, surety companies, and commercial clients on complex legal and business matters throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects. My practice begins at the earliest stages of project development, where I lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of construction contracts, financing arrangements, and related indemnity and security agreements. I work closely with clients to structure deals that align with their commercial objectives while managing risk and protecting long-term value.Throughout construction, I collaborate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure compliance with state and local regulatory requirements, proactively address potential issues, and mitigate claims before they escalate.
