I work with the media, business owners, dental professionals and executives. I work with the media to help consumers understand Health Insurance. I help businesses and Individuals find the best options for their Individual or Group Health insurance needs along with their Life, Disability, Medicare Supplements and Long Term Care Insurance needs. Let me assist you in designing the appropriate program for you, your business and your family. I attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, where I received my degree in Business Administration. I have 2 advanced degrees, Charter Life Underwriter from Bryn Mawr College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania & the other is Disability Income Fellow from the American Health Insurance Plans (AHIP). I also have a certification in advanced business & estate planning. I am a Certified Agent with Covered CA. I am licensed in California and many other States. I am a current member of The National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU), Health Agents for America (HAFA) along with The International Disability Insurance Society (IDIS). I am the Past President of the San Diego Association of Health Underwriters (SDAHU), the Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors of San Diego (NAIFA-SD), along with being The Past President of the International Disability Insurance Society (IDIS). In Oct 2016 I was honored to receive the Harold R Petersen Lifetime Achievement Award from the International Disability Insurance Society. In January 2018 I was also honored to receive the Neil R Crosby award from the San Diego Association of Health Underwriters for the work I have done for many years for our local chapter. I have written articles, conducted seminars, been interviewed on TV, Radio, in the newspaper and in magazines (including The Washington Post, LA Times, Money Magazine & The Wall Street Journal).
