Manage portfolio of accounts receivables for Doggett Heavy Machinery Services. Experienced knowledge of the Texas Lien Law process. Make collection calls, send statements, emails and follow-up on past due accounts. Research short payments, disputes, and work with sales department to resolve issues. Email/fax invoice copies, complete credit request inquires and update tax information. Provide credit approvals for charges on open accounts held by Doggett. Send demand letters and prepare files to be sent to outside collection agency. Setup new accounts, cash accounts and update account information. Assist Credit Manager with projects as needed.
