Currently working as a Manager within our Consulting Risk Management team, leading on the completion of our Compliance Review project which helps to ensure that our Partners and teams are delivering their work in line with the Firm’s risk and quality standards. As part of this role I manage our team of analysts, resolve policy queries and am involved in providing support, guidance and training to our UK Consulting business. I also lead the KPI process for the UK firm which requires me to report into our UK and Global Executive Boards. I have also played a central role in driving the exploration of a new technology tool for our stakeholder group and have been extremely active in connecting our work with that of the wider Risk and Compliance functions. Outside of this I am involved in driving efficiencies across our governance structures and training initiatives.Prior to this I have also worked within our AML team which has enabled me to develop a strong analytical and technical understanding of AML policies and requirements. I also gained exposure in terms of carrying out due diligence checks on a wide range of entities and across a variety of jurisdictions. I have also worked as Team Leader on a compliance project monitoring data that is leaving the firm\'s network in order to ensure that confidential information does not fall into the wrong hands. Within this role I managed the team on a day to day basis, ensuring that KPI\'s are adhered to. I was also responsible for quality control, team training, monthly reporting and process enhancement.
