ABOUT CRAIG F. EHRNST

As the Treasurer at NCCI Holdings, Inc, I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for managing over $550M in treasury and investments, ensuring optimal cash flow, risk mitigation, and capital allocation. I have been in this role for more than 23 years, demonstrating my commitment, expertise, and innovation in the insurance industry.I hold a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential and a MBA from the University of Michigan, with a focus on accounting and finance. I have also served on the board of directors of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP), contributing to the advancement of the treasury profession. Throughout my career, I have successfully negotiated and executed complex financial transactions, obtained credit ratings, managed bank relationships, secured private placement notes, and implemented financial systems and tools. Working closely with attorneys and insurance executives, I have implemented custom multi-million annual insurance policies transferring risk, and recovered material policy settlements from several insurance policies including D&O, EPL, E&O, P&C and workers\'s compensation policies. I have also led international teams and managed foreign exchange exposures in 22 countries, working with diverse stakeholders and regulators.In addition to my professional achievements, I am passionate about serving my local community. I am the Treasurer and Commissioner of the Greater Boca Raton Beach and Parks District, where I oversee a $42M operating budget, guide city-wide recreational strategies, and fund 400+ staff and fund multiple large-scale public facilities. I also volunteer as the President of business and homeowners associations and a Trustee of the local Police foundation. My goal is to ensure that our community prioritizes public safety and maintains world-class beach and parks for future generations.
