ABOUT CRAIG DUNN

Hello!My name is Craig Dunn and I am a ten year veteran of the residential mortgage industry.I started my career in 2012 as a Processing Assistant and very quickly moved my way to Processor and then Processing Team Manager. In 2018 I took a chance with a sister company of my employer and helped build the operations department there from the ground up, overseeing the hiring, growth and process development of every aspect of operations—including Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Post-Closing. As an employee, I am highly collaborative, and thrive in an environment where asking honest questions and being open to change lead to the best possible solutions to a problem. I love thinking through processes and how the system fits together in a highly effective operations team.As a manager, I seek transparency whenever possible, and believe that people do their best work when they are challenged to stretch themselves and are held accountable to their goals, but also given the space and psychological safety to learn from their mistakes.On a personal note, I currently live in Columbia, Missouri (Go Mizzou!) with my wife and two little girls, 7 and 1. We love tailgating Mizzou football games, camping, and getting up to our 15 acres north of town to unwind.
