WHO WE AREARC are a small Director led building and project management consultancy practice. We strive to forge and maintain great relationships with everyone we work with. We pride ourselves on being commercially focused and client-driven and are constantly assessing where we are and what we can do better to meet the needs of our clients and partners within all areas of the industryWHO I AMI have extensive experience in the full range of building surveying professional services; including Due Diligence Surveys, Pre-Lease Surveys, Dilapidations, Project Management and Contract Administration, Schedules of Condition, Building Pathology and Defect Analysis, Planned Maintenance Reports and Technical Feasibility Studies. I am also a trained and CAA \"approved\" and highly experienced drone pilot.In addition I am an experienced CDM Principal Designer an Certified Member of the Association of Project Safety (CMaPS) under the CDM2015, with specialist experience within the Distillery industry. I am also passionate about the future of my profession as an RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Chairperson and Assessor, APC Doctor and graduate mentor. Outside the office I am a busy father of three, a keen home brewer and avid Hibs fan.
