ABOUT CRAIG DOLEZEL
As an instructor, I realize that not everyone will pursue only an acting career. Many students move into parallel careers in business, law, and advertising. In fact, some of the most valued JD/MBA candidates have had the advantage of a theatre arts education. Knowing that my work with students is just the beginning of many wonderful career possibilities, I work to equip each of them with techniques that can be used over a lifetime. It is my goal to assist them in realizing their own authentic voice as well as to help them discover a sense of confidence and presence that is both respected and undeniable. Finally, and most importantly, I believe in making this work enjoyable and significant for both the student and the instructor. Enjoyment fuels everyone’s desire to stand in the compelling and challenging nature of this work. Seeking the pleasure in what I do also encourages me to adapt my teaching strategies to meet the ever-evolving demands of the classroom.”
