Supporting Head of Contract Delivery and Site Leadership team leading and ensuring exemplary Health and Safety standards across the Contract.· Take ownership of the Contract HSE plan, ensuring it is; current, communicated and implemented.· Provide incident governance from the Initial reporting, ensure the Safety Team support when appropriate.· Establish in a timely manner, maintain and periodically review the location HSE Management System to ensure site operations comply with customer requirements in line with policy & procedures.· When appropriate lead on-site incident investigations to ensure a root cause and preventative / corrective actions are identified and implemented.· Manage direct reports providing support, coaching, mentoring to ensure individual and collective development.· Support Contract deliverables by advising the maintenance teams(s) on HSE best practice· Driving the collection, analysis and reporting of HSE leading indicators.· Utilising data from leading indicator analysis, initiate corrective measures prior to events occurring.· Engage with maintenance teams throughout the planning and delivery of the scope of works.· Carry out HSE inspections across the Contract.· Develop and deliver site specific HS & E inductions to new starts on site.· Provide competent HSE specialist advice on identified topics, subject to the roles holder’s area of expertise.· Lead by example - set the correct standards and show a positive attitude towards health safety and welfare.· Audit onsite HSE procedures and processes for compliance.· Take ownership of HSE improvement initiatives, as part of the rolling annual Contract Improvement Plan
