Recently completed a 12-month project to reduce cost from a product portfolio with 8 figures in net sales, identifying and executing a significant amount in total cost of goods reduction. This was completed through a combination of value engineering, complexity reduction, supplier optimisation/reduction and modernising material changes. Selected to lead Power Tool Accessories group, building a new team and testing facilities in Lexington. Improved the Toll Gate Process within the business to optimise leadership time and minimise non-value add time, as well as increase accuracy and compliance, successfully reducing production failure rates. Chosen for the Rising Leaders Programme, gaining executive-level training in situational leadership, project management, DISC, Myers-Briggs, presentation skills and personal/professional growth.
