I’m an engineering and analytics leader with over two decades of experience spanning government, private, and entrepreneurial sectors in water infrastructure, asset management, and applied data science. As Deputy Chief of Engineering and Asset Management for Howard County Government, I lead strategic planning, infrastructure optimization, and capital program performance to strengthen operational resilience.Earlier, at Xylem Inc, I led development of the company’s first machine learning–based water main break prediction model in 2014. I’m also the founder of BreakPulse, a geospatial AI initiative that helps utilities turn data into foresight.I hold degrees in Forest Engineering (UNB), Environmental Engineering and Applied Spatial Analysis for Public Health (JHU), and a Certificate in Applied Generative AI (JHU).
