My desire is to build the foundation of my career on the following principles: A Passion to Learn Leadership Teamwork Hard WorkA Love to Learn-Learning is a foundational pillar to my whole work ethic. It is through my passion to learn that I become a better engineer because I never stop trying to learn something new. This in turn helps me become a better leader as I seek to learn from my colleagues and gather their ideas. This passion to learn correlates with a desire to explore and forge new paths - to learn where there is no previous learning and lead others along the way.Leadership-Where there is a need or a void, I step up and lead the people with whom I work. As a leader, I work to understand the big picture to help my team stay on target and help in the best possible way. I also am intentional to take ownership of my deliverables and equip the others I work with to do the same. Good leaders lead by example. I also recognize that sometimes as a leader, I need to step back and let others be in charge. The fruit of a good leader is one who works themselves out of a job. Teamwork-Any significant effort requires teamwork, collaboration, and respect for one another. Such an attitude typically results in a cross-functional effort. Leading with an attitude of teamwork improves any project and builds up a team for short term and long term success.Hard Work-Nothing worthwhile comes easy. When encountering difficulty, I don’t give up, I work harder.    Craig transitioned to the Cloud Learning Services team to help develop the online learning platform for Google Cloud and other areas. His expertise is helping the team mature as an organization in its practices and execution. In his first few months, Craig was a key contributor in helping launch Google Skills (skills.google) which helps thousands of learners from organizations as well as individuals grow their careers and technical expertise.
