ABOUT CRAIG CRAFTON
I joined Travelers in February 2012 as the Dallas Claims Center General Counselor, providing expertise in coverage analysis, litigation strategy and management, and leadership for an industry leading insurance company. I lead management projects as a member of the claim center Executive Management Team, coordinate on issues with Underwriting and other business partners, and provide training and development for claim professionals and management. Talent and customers are key to insurance as a financial services industry, and influencing talent development and resolution excellence unlocks the potential for success. In addition to developing a carrier, my passions are my family, artistic endeavors and contributing positively to the community, primarily through my son’s school and Travelers.
