As an Informatics Educator II specializing in outpatient behavioral health, I bring a unique blend of clinical operations expertise, data-driven insight, and a passion for education to my role on the EPIC Education Team. My goal is to optimize patient outcomes by empowering healthcare teams through effective training, system optimization, and performance monitoring.With a strong foundation in public health and infectious disease management, including a Master of Public Health specializing in Epidemiology, my career has been shaped by a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and improving healthcare delivery systems. My background includes expertise in clinic logistics, data integrity, quality assurance, and healthcare administration; skills that are now at the forefront of my work in informatics education.In my current role, I focus on designing and delivering comprehensive training solutions for outpatient behavioral health providers and staff, leveraging my knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care coordination, and program development. I thrive in roles that allow me to bridge the gap between technology and patient care, ensuring seamless integration of EPIC systems into day-to-day operations.I am continually driven by a passion for improving patient care through innovation, education, and collaboration. As I look forward to obtaining my Certification in Infection Control (CIC®), I remain dedicated to advancing both the technical and human aspects of healthcare delivery.
