Take overall responsibility for the delivery of all design elements of 4way projects and reports to the Board including undertaking the Health & Safety Manager role for the business. Responsible for implementation and attaining ISO:9001 accreditation and maintaining compliance through our systems.Supports the identification and assessment of new business areas to grow and diversify revenue streams and potential complementary businesses;Technical lead supporting and mentoring site staff ensuring best practice and quality of delivery; Undertakes technical reviews and provide technical direction to ensure a ‘right first time’ delivery and managing and delivering highways projects;Provide leadership on bids working with nominated Bid Manager to ensure that client needs are met in bids;Resource management – technical guidance to support the allocation of best resources for each project (4way, supply chain resources and recruitment).
