Duties in Singapore -• Prepare vessel for sail ensuring all materials and equipment are loaded and seafastened.• Create generic lift plans for multiple cranes and daily duties• Ensure all lifting equipment fixed and portable have been certified• Prepare rigging loft.Duties from Singapore to cape town south Africa -• At Exxon\'s request develop suite of crash plans for all major component exchangesFlash gas skids, water injection packages, main gas compressors import export skidsand regeneration turbines.• Implement required routine inspection of pedestal cranes and overhead gantrycranes in line with manufacturers requirements.• Coach and train personnel onboard for rigging initial qualification• Coach and train personnel onboard for slinger banksman initial qualification• Hold JSA\'s for complex lifting operations.• Supervise all rigging and lifting operations and deck operations.Duties in Guyana -• Work with commissioning installation and operations to produce all required liftplans when required during the HUC phase• Training and coaching of personnel• Provide daily updates to the client regarding all lifting operations onboard• Carry out 3rd party reviews of subcontractor lift plans mainly subsea work and offerguidance to improve processes•proactive planning of lift plans for PSV annual recertification •proactive planning of lift plans for COT tank entry’s •preparation of procedures and lift plans to support knuckle boom and fix boom components change outs main wire, winch drums electric motors ect
