I come to work every day for my team. As the COO at Cohera, I’m responsible for leading a team made up of the industry’s brightest and most passionate Sales Directors, GMs and VPs deployed across 17 US destinations. The complexities of Sales, Design Development and Operations are quite diverse and have their own recipes for success. When you have the opportunity and capability to pull the best from the best in a collaborative manner there is no ceiling to your level of growth and success!One of my first priorities in this role is to restructure and improve the global sales team model; this is and should always be an ongoing process. Using the skills and expertise I gained from more than 30+ years in the hospitality industry, I\'m transforming our sales model to benefit our company and customers alike. By organizing our sales team by vertical, we’re now able to engage our customers on a much higher level, aligning their needs with Cohera\'s strengths. This team structure also ensures we have experts across each vertical which equates to Team Members who understand the key market trends and business models across each segment. My love of travel brought me into the hospitality industry. Being able to take my past 30+ years of Hospitality/hotel experience and apply it to a new industry is challenging and exciting! My desire to better understand each customer\'s needs and applying it to sales and execution is and always will be my focus no matter the industry I serve. I\'m impressed every day by Cohera\'s growth and scope of expertise. Harnessing the power and ability of each our team members is key to our success and our client\'s.Relationships are at the crux of our business. And while technology continues to evolve our industry, I will always over-appreciate and look forward to meeting clients and colleagues in-person. Whether it’s a customer event or a Tuesday meeting with vendors, I’ll be there with a smile, handshake and a strategy, ready to connect.
