At Hawsons, I lead audits and provide strategic advice to ambitious and privately owned businesses in manufacturing, engineering, and the built environment. Many of my clients have international operations.I work directly with boards, owners and leadership teams to make sure the audit process delivers what they need. That includes an external perspective on their business, controls, opportunities and threats, based on my experience of companies like theirs.My work goes beyond audit. I support my clients’ strategic direction by helping them to navigate growth, funding decisions, acquisitions, international development and restructuring.
