Craig is a lawyer in Fasken\'s Financial Institutions Group, where he regularly advises banks, insurance companies, trust and loan companies, credit unions, and insurance brokerages/agencies on matters involving: M&A; incorporation, establishment and licensing; payments (credit cards and prepaid cards); consumer protection requirements; and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing. Craig has also held senior positions in government at both the federal and provincial levels. Most recently, Craig was the Chief of Staff to Alberta’s Minister of Justice and Solicitor General and previously served as the Director of Issues Management and Parliamentary Affairs to the federal Minister of Finance.
