Craig is a lawyer in Fasken\'s Financial Institutions Group, where he regularly advises banks, insurance companies, trust and loan companies, credit unions, and insurance brokerages/agencies on matters involving: M&A; incorporation, establishment and licensing; payments (credit cards and prepaid cards); consumer protection requirements; and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing.
