At the Varney Agency, I have the unique opportunity to work directly with our agency clientele and insurance company partners to help facilitate fair and amicable claims resolutions. As SVP, I am accountable for the oversight and management of all claim & risk management activities which includes multiple agency locations and dozens of affiliated insurance companies. With customer service as a priority, I specialize in the management of complex, high dollar, multi-line claims. Santee Risk Managers is an insurance brokerage MGA with a wholesale division specializing in property, liability, inland marine, and flood programs. SRM conducts business in the United States and is underwritten by Lloyd\'s of London. Our insurance programs have both admitted and non-admitted policies. As SVP, I am accountable for the oversight and management of the operations, claims, and risk management departments. This includes finance/budgeting, independent agency relationships, audit, strategic planning, customer service initiatives, TPA and IA vendor management and the cultivation of our Lloyds partnerships. I work directly with our agents, insureds and insurance carriers in the US as well as our brokers and affiliated Lloyds Syndicates in the UK. I am Tribunalized to manage and settle claims for the Lloyd\'s of London umbrella.
