Skilled Senior Business Leader with experience in Project Management, Data & Analysis and as a Customer Experience Manager. Primarily worked in Change and Operations roles in the Energy Industry and Field Operations with a high understanding of data analytics, change, operations and project delivery whilst focusing on the customer, business metrics and building great relationships.
