ABOUT CHANDRAMANI RAI
Ph.D. researcher at IIT Bombay in the Department of Energy Science and Engineering, with a strong academic foundation from IIT Guwahati (M.Tech, Chemical Engineering). My research focuses on hydrogen storage and transportation using Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHCs), with a special emphasis on reactor and process design through Aspen Plus simulations. I am also experienced in performing life cycle assessments using OpenLCA and conducting techno-economic analyses of hydrogen value chains.Currently, I am working on optimizing LOHC-based hydrogen transportation systems, aiming to contribute to scalable and sustainable energy solutions.
