I lead enterprise strategy and execution for integrating new technologies (currently generative AI) across SCAN Group. My team is composed of product owners and AI Engineers. My scope includes- Governance: Enforce rigorous standards for AI/ML adoption, including vendor assessments, model card reviews, bias monitoring, and performance validation. I work with a multidisciplinary team on our Responsible AI Code of Conduct and ensure alignment with enterprise-developed solutions through lifecycle stewardship and impact evaluation- Education & Evangelism: Scale AI literacy through structured programs (Master Classes, TechToks, Office Hours, Microlearnings, company-wide Hackathons, and department-specific pathways) designed to accelerate adoption and responsible use- Buy: Support strategic vendor partnerships, focusing on cross-functional alignment and platform consolidation. I lead evaluation, selection, and implementation efforts, with oversight extending into post-deployment governance- Build: Develop agentic AI applications on our enterprise GPT stack, leveraging techniques such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM-as-Judge, and Function Calling to deliver intelligent, context-aware solutions.
