5+ years of Clinical Research experience in the Patient Recruitment department. Currently working as a Patient Recruitment Lead where I am ultimately responsible for recruitment and retention. I manage delivery of various patient recruitment materials while ensuring all milestones for enrollment are achieved. I am a subject matter expert for electronic consents, translation management, plain language summaries, and two internal software programs. I also have TMF and CTMS experience. I am responsible for creating and monitoring budgets, revenue forecasting, and financial health. I have excellent customer service and work closely with our sponsors. I have worked in various therapeutic areas such as oncology, cardiovascular disease, infectious disease, neurology, dermatology. I also have experience in non-interventional, observational, and device studies. I’ve worked on-site, directly with patients where I was specializing in neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. I’m competent in administering various cognitive tests as well as identifying potentially eligible patients through prescreening. I’ve also worked in general medicine and vaccine trials, such as NASH, OA, COVID19, PTSD, RSV, & MDD.
