GenAI Infrastructure: Migrated proprietary infrastructure components to GenAI semantics and introduced MLOps observability and experiment tracking, enabling consistent data flow, model evaluation, and interoperability across product environments. Platform Prototyping: Developed MCP tool connectors and OAuth-based authentication prototypes to support secure integrations and future enterprise use cases. Engineering Culture: Spearheaded incident response processes and established department-wide post-incident retrospectives, fostering reliability, transparency, and a culture of continuous improvement.This role combines strategic platform leadership with hands-on technical execution, advancing Aleph Alpha’s mission to deliver sovereign, trustworthy, and operationally robust AI systems.

I also founded and led the Identity & Access Management team. My approach is guided by a belief in sustainable software architecture, secure cloud-first design, and cross-functional collaboration.In my spare time, I was active in the IT community, organizing meetups and conferences on Microservices, and serverless technologies.
