About Chris Pink

20+ years in Fixed Income markets (after a couple of magical years working as a handyman/carpenter in Argentina). I started in 1990 with Barclays Bank on their Management Development Programme in London and Miami. Focussed on European securitisation funded with CP whilst working in the European Asset Securitisation Group under Jim France, Guy Fletcher and Robert Berry.Left Barcap in 1995 and joined Singer and Friedlander Capital Markets in London working with Tim Lyons and Jonathan Stolerman. SFCM was bought out by Management and became Quadrant Capital, an independant structuring business with 2 core SIV advisory agreements for Asset Backed Capital and Abacas. The team grew to 20+ people before being sold in 2002 to BNY/Mellon.In 2002 I joined Wachovia in Charlotte NC working on the Structure Products Syndicate Desk and progressing to be involved with Syndicate, Sales and Trading. In 2009 Wachovia was rescued by Wells Fargo and I moved into a banking role oversseeing the non-mortgage consumer ABS and ABL businesses. Currently co-head Asset Backed Fiannce. Recently moved to NYC with Paula, 3 kids and Lucky (dog).
