Creativity and connectivity are important to my UX design strategy and implementation. I love connecting people with products and services that bring improvement and joy to their lives. Combining my ideas and others\' ideas into customer-centric and accessible solutions is what it\'s all about for me. My diverse professional background allows me to pull various skill sets into my approach, whether merging an in-person experience with the online or crafting questions that help pinpoint a customer\'s problem or desire. I recently completed 350+ hours of hands-on UX design material with 1:1 expert mentor oversight via Springboard. I created a web app focused on improving the search results for potential pet parents to find an animal that best fits their need(s), want(s), and lifestyle, as well as minimize the rate of return, rehoming, or abandonment of the animal. I also led a team of designers in identifying a workable MVP for a client\'s online community networking site. I hope to apply my professional experiences and skills to industries that make lasting impacts, whether in e-commerce, health and wellness, or animal welfare space.
