I am the CEO and Principal Technology Consultant at Immanuel Consulting Services, a company that I founded in 2009 to help businesses solve complex technology and management problems. With over 14 years of experience in this role, I have successfully delivered data privacy compliance, vendor risk management, workflow management, and IT infrastructure solutions that reduce operational costs, enhance security, and improve performance for clients across various industries and domains.I also help businesses raise money through crowdfunding, enabling them to grow. As a Master IT Architect and a certified professional in OneTrust Data Privacy and Coupa Contingent Workforce, I have a strong background and expertise in technical management, data engineering, data science, IoT, digital transformation, strategic planning, product management, project management, program management, solution design, and cross-cultural negotiations. Some of my recent projects include enabling a company in Charlotte to bring in the operation of a vendor management system, designing and deploying a workflow management system for a furniture restoration company in Raleigh, and upgrading the IT infrastructure for a hospice organization in Raleigh.    I enabled a company in Charlotte to bring in the operation of a vendor management system. The work included reverse engineering, the creation of a plan, and execution in stages. Process diagrams and detailed solution design documents were also produced for the project. I designed, developed, and deployed a workflow management system for a furniture restoration company in Raleigh, NC. The resulting system reduced operational costs for the company as well as streamlined its operations. I enabled a 450-member hospice organization in Raleigh, NC, to upgrade its IT infrastructure. The work included the following: • Evaluation of IT security, disaster recovery, networking, and telecommunications products, and making recommendations after visiting vendors. • Provide a mechanism for single sign-on for multiple databases. • Address the IT challenges Medicare, Medicaid, and local hospitals face regarding data intelligence.• Provide access control of all devices partitioned by department and role using products from Microsoft and Cisco.4. I created and supported the IT infrastructure for a non-profit in Raleigh, NC. I also designed and supported the database management system and the website. I frequently have been an invited speaker on subjects of interest to business executives. Topics have included Cyber Security, Scaling a business, Succession Planning, Capturing Customer requirements, Employee Development, and Managing Customer Expectations. Managed the company with an average of four employees over the last thirteen years.
