ABOUT CONRAD PARKEN
Conrad Parken is an associate in McCarthy Tetrault’s Business Law Group in Calgary. He maintains a broad corporate practice with a focus on corporate finance and securities, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.Conrad advises both public and private Canadian and international companies on a wide range of corporate transactions, including financings, public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions, share transactions, and corporate reorganizations. He also provides guidance on general corporate governance, securities regulatory compliance, and public disclosure obligations.Conrad earned his Juris Doctor with distinction from the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law in 2024. During law school, he served as Treasurer of the Student Law Society, volunteered as an orientation leader, and was an active member of the TRU Law Golf Club and the TRU Lawggers hockey team. He received the Dean\'s Course Prize for achieving the highest grade in Securities Law, Business Organizations, and the Law of Remedies.
