With over 20 years of experience, I am a strategic and innovative Chief Financial Officer at DNOW (New York Stock Exchange - DNOW) a leading global supplier of energy and industrial products and solutions. I hold the CPA and CGMA credentials, and have a strong background in accounting, finance, and process improvement. I lead a team of finance and accounting professionals, and oversee the financial planning and analysis, accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, and mergers/acquisition functions of the company. I am responsible for driving the financial performance, growth, and sustainability of the company, as well as ensuring compliance with internal and external standards and regulations. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the financial reporting and operations, as well as to optimize the capital structure, liquidity, and risk management of the company. I have also partnered with the CEO and the board of directors to develop and execute the strategic vision and goals of the company, and to communicate with the shareholders and the market.
