We deliver highly automated, modular, and customisable solutions, designed to optimise efficiency, quality, and sustainability in manufacturing processes.My responsibilities include- Managing strategic and technical initiatives for recycling- Supervising special client projects aimed at technology integration, upscaling, industrialisation, and commercialisation.Our Sustainability initiatives are built around the following pillars:1. Recycling Machines and Lines: We design cutting-edge recycling systems for multilayer padded products (clothing, bedding, sofas, chairs, mattresses, etc.), enabling efficient and circular material management.2. Valorization of Regenerated Materials: We process pre- and post-consumer materials into semi-finished products such as carded fibres, consolidated nonwovens, conjugated fibres, etc, giving new life to discarded materials.3. Advanced Automation for Sorting: Using technologies like Machine Vision, Imaging-X, SWIR, and Hyperspectral imaging, we develop automated pre-sorting and sorting systems for textile waste preparation, tailored for mechanical and chemical recycling.4. Innovative Product Development: With projects focused on alternative fibres (natural and biopolymeric).
