She’s built her career brick by brick, fighting fears, failures, and setbacks to have the success she’s always known was hers to claim. Coming from a past that included being given away at birth, two teenage pregnancies, drug use and many other trials, Dr. Coylette has a passion for helping other overcome past difficulties. Today she personifies what it means to ascend above adversity while inspiring countless others to do the same. Having honed her expertise for over two decades, her work is a testament to what it means to leave an undeniable mark on the world. An author of devotions and books, including “Embrace God’s Love; A Journey Through the Wilderness”, “God’s Marketplace” Business 101 textbook for the Christian desiring to become an entrepreneur, and her newest book “Kingdom Influencer” Establishing Kingdom Reign. As a Minister of the Gospel, she is promoting entrepreneurship through her Kingdom Empowerment Seminars, which encourages Christians to incorporate the Spiritual things of God with the Natural things of business to achieve SUPERNATURAL success. Through her women’s Ministries, Covenant Daughters Skilled and Seasoned, a mentor-ship organization for women in their Seasoned stage of life, and Warrior Women of Color which encourages Women from all ethnic backgrounds to ban together and give voice to their fierceness as women, Dr. Coylette helps ladies embrace their greatness and uniqueness which lies within. She inspires. She empowers. She unleashes. Prior to launching her speaking career, Dr. James worked for famed boxing promoter Don King for 28 years. As a licensed Minister and Ordained Elder, the wisdom gained traveling the world and interacting with many different cultures has truly heighten her appreciation for and enhanced her abilities to minister to people across all walks of life. Extraordinary at walking others through radical transformation, she is as relentless about her clients’ success as she is her own. A wife, Mother of 2, Grandmother of 8, and Great-Grandmother of 5, Coylette\'s plate is always full, but she would not have it any other way. She doesn’t simply change lives – she expands them.
