Give others latitude to test new ideas and learn from the experience. • Guide managers to ensure effective, efficient, and legally compliant recruitment/hiring and talent management processes; provide support to managers through coaching on personnel matters. • Collaborate with Board subcommittee to develop strong performance management and supervision systems and standards; support all managers in consistent implementation. • Research, recommend, and implement personnel policies, benefits, and internal practices that reflect organizational values, including interrogate all policies and practices through an anti-racist and equity lens. • Manage the continued implementation and use of existing HR technology and assess and implement new technology as needed. • Select and oversee relationships with HR consultants, attorneys, training providers, insurance brokers, third party administrators, and other outside resources. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
